Major General Tran Ngoc Anh assigned the Propaganda Department, the Standing Office of the Emulation and Commendation Council of the General Department of Politics to synthesize the Council's proposals, report to the Chairman of the Emulation and Commendation Council, the Head of the General Department of Politics and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Department of Politics; at the same time, complete the proposal documents and report to the Emulation and Commendation Council of the Ministry of National Defense according to regulations.
