Fisherman Nguyen Minh Nhat (Quy Nhon Nam ward) said: “Because we heard that storm No. 13 was very strong, most of the people living along the coast proactively responded early. Boats were raised high to avoid collisions and capsizing during strong winds and high tides. The price to rent a crane to move boats is 500,000 VND/boat (2 trips of lifting and lowering).”

"Although the rental fee is quite high, we feel secure because we can get the fishing boat up high. This boat is our family's asset and livelihood," said Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhat.
