At the conference, representatives of Regiment 148 presented a summary report on the research results, the implementation process and the basic content of the project. The report stated: The draft "Chapter VIII" honestly and comprehensively reflected the leadership and command process of the Party Committee and Regiment commander in the period of 2016 - 2025, vividly demonstrating the results of the implementation of training tasks, combat readiness, Party work, political work, logistics, engineering and other urgent tasks; at the same time, highlighting the spirit of solidarity, initiative and creativity of officers and soldiers in performing tasks.

Participating in the discussion at the conference, delegates focused on giving comments on the layout, capacity, presentation method and accuracy of data and historical events; at the same time, proposed to supplement and edit some details to enhance the scientific value, logic, rigor and persuasiveness of the work.

Colonel Pham Hong Du, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 316, concluded the conference.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Pham Hong Du praised the sense of responsibility of the Party Committee, the command of Regiment 148 and the project's editorial board. At the same time, he emphasized: "The historical project Regiment 148 (1945 - 2025) is the crystallization of collective intelligence, a vivid demonstration of the glorious tradition, steadfast will and great contributions of generations of officers and soldiers of the Regiment over the past 80 years". He requested Regiment 148 to fully absorb the opinions of the delegates, complete the manuscript and complete the publishing and distribution procedures to serve research, study and education of traditions throughout the unit.
