In recent times, many units in the area have fulfilled their obligations to pay social insurance and health insurance, contributing to ensuring the welfare and stabilizing the lives of employees. However, there are still some enterprises with outstanding debts and slow participation, affecting the legal rights of employees.

At the conference, the reporters disseminated key contents on labor contracts, wages, and the responsibilities of employers in participating in and paying compulsory social insurance and health insurance; provided guidance on deductions when calculating personal income tax; and clarified sanctions for violations according to the provisions of the Penal Code.

At the conference, the Steering Committee also informed each enterprise about the number of employees who are eligible to participate in social insurance and health insurance but have not fully registered, and requested to complete the payment in accordance with regulations.
In cases where instructions are given but the person still deliberately fails to comply, the competent authority will conduct an inspection and handle the case according to the provisions of law.

The conference is considered a practical solution to enhance corporate social responsibility, ensure legitimate rights of employees, contribute to expanding coverage of social insurance and health insurance and effectively implement social security goals in the locality.
