Bustling National Unity Day in Don Duong and Ka Do communes

In Don Duong commune, the National Great Unity Day was held at Suoi Thong B2 village.

Leaders of Don Duong commune and many people of Suoi Thong B2 village attended the festival.

Suoi Thong B2 village, Don Duong commune currently has 378 households, over 1,500 people.

Through the annual assessment, 96.2% of the households in the village achieved the title of cultural family, the self-management groups operated effectively, contributing to building a civilized and affectionate community. Social security work and caring for people's lives were also coordinated and supported by the Front's Working Committee, with no more poor or near-poor households.

After giving gifts to 10 families in difficult circumstances (worth 1 million VND/family) and 5 million VND to support the village committee, comrade Truong Van Tung warmly praised, acknowledged, highly appreciated and congratulated the achievements of Suoi Thong B2 village in particular and Don Duong commune in general. Don Duong commune is currently the place with the largest dairy herd in the province and develops high-tech agriculture .

In Ka Do commune, the National Great Unity Day was held at Tan Lap village.

Tan Lap village currently has 142 people with 690 inhabitants. In the past year, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and the village front working committee have developed 10 criteria and 6 action programs to be implemented in 2025. On that basis, the village has implemented many effective and practical models and activities, contributing to economic development, building cultural and spiritual life, and national solidarity in the village.

Speaking at the festival, comrade Truong Van Tung praised the outstanding results of the people of Tan Lap village, Ka Do commune in implementing the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Ka Do commune has implemented a very large project of the province, the Kazam reservoir, which is something to be proud of, so the people of the commune are united and join hands to do a good job of site clearance so that the project can meet the schedule.

At the same time, it is recommended that local Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Fronts and people continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the Party and State's guidelines and policies; promote household economic development, transform production models, further increase income; promote democracy at the grassroots level, strengthen supervision and social criticism, maintain security and order and build a rich cultural and spiritual life in the community... thereby building Ka Do commune to develop sustainably.
