According to the report of the High Performance Sports Department and the Vietnam Olympic Committee, up to now, all preparations for the Departure Ceremony are being carried out urgently, responsibly and seriously. This is not only the opening event for the athletes' journey to compete in the largest sports arena in the region, but also demonstrates the Party and State's attention to the cause of developing Sports, while at the same time arousing the spirit of solidarity, the will to overcome difficulties and the desire to contribute to the country's flag.

As planned, the SEA Games 33 departure ceremony will take place on the afternoon of November 28 at the International Convention Center (No. 11 Le Hong Phong, Hanoi ) with the participation of Central delegates, representatives of athletes, national team coaches...
To prepare for this important event, the Vietnam Sports Administration has promptly established specialized working groups, working directly with specialized departments and related units such as the Vietnam Olympic Committee, media agencies, sponsors, etc. to review each content, ensuring that all items are carefully prepared and on schedule.
The program script has been adjusted in detail, focusing on emphasizing traditional values, sportsmanship and determination of athletes and coaches before the important international mission in 2025.
The meeting also spent time discussing and agreeing on the contents of the ceremony, such as: arranging the lineup of the Vietnam Sports Delegation, the list of delegates, guests, etc. In addition, the contents related to technical and logistical work (sound, light, stage, security, medical , etc.) will also be thoroughly checked and tested before the event takes place.
The National High Level Athlete Training Center is assigned to prepare representative athletes in accordance with the regulations of the organizing committee. Communication work is also focused on spreading a positive image and creating an exciting atmosphere throughout society.
Director Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet emphasized: successfully organizing the military departure ceremony is a key task in the process of preparing forces to participate in the international arena. Therefore, relevant units must thoroughly grasp the spirit of organizing the event to ensure the criteria: solemnity - safety - economy - efficiency.

It can be affirmed that, under the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the chairmanship of the Vietnam Sports and Physical Training Department, the preparations for the Departure Ceremony are being completed, promising a solemn and effective event, in the spirit of "confidence - discipline - professionalism - for the flag and colors".
The ceremony to send off the Vietnamese Sports Delegation to the 33rd SEA Games is not only an important ritual before leaving to compete in the largest sports arena in Southeast Asia, but also a symbol of Vietnam's will - always moving forward, overcoming challenges, and constantly conquering new successes.
