The Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to conduct a third review of the application of anti-dumping measures on some H-shaped steel products from China (case code AR03.AD03)

On August 19, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1640/QD-BCT on the results of the final review of the application of anti-dumping measures on some H-shaped steel products originating from the People's Republic of China. Accordingly, the anti-dumping measures on H-shaped steel products in this case were extended for another 05 years.

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 51 of Decree No. 86/2025/ND-CP dated April 11, 2025 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management on trade defense measures, annually for the first four years from the date the decision to apply anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures officially takes effect or the decision to extend anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures takes effect, the party requesting the review has the right to submit a request for review. Accordingly, the Department of Trade Remedies has received a request from a manufacturing enterprise in China to review the application of anti-dumping measures to this enterprise.

Based on the review of the dossier submitted by the requesting party in accordance with the provisions of law, on November 21, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3411/QD-BCT on the third review of the application of anti-dumping measures on some H-shaped steel products originating from the People's Republic of China (case code AR03.AD03).

To ensure the benefits of all organizations and individuals related to the case, the PVTM Department recommends the following organizations and individuals:

Organizations and individuals register as related parties according to the Related Party Registration Form and send it to the Investigation Agency via the Trade Defense Online Dossier Receiving System (TRAV ONLINE) at: https://online.trav.gov.vn within sixty (60) working days from the effective date of the Decision issued with this Notice. At the same time, the Related Party Registration Form can be sent to the Investigation Agency by one of the two following methods: (i) post or (ii) email.

The deadline for stakeholder registration is February 23, 2026.
