From December 7 to 9, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Viet Tien commune organized a charity trip to give gifts to support people in Ninh Hoa ward, Khanh Hoa province, a locality that suffered heavy damage in the recent floods.

The volunteer delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Viet Tien commune presented gifts to support people affected by floods in Khanh Hoa province.
Here, the delegation presented 400 gifts to the people, each worth 1,126,000 VND, including: 20kg of rice, 1 box of instant noodles, 1 box of milk, laundry detergent and cash. In addition, the delegation supported 2 especially difficult cases, each gift including 5 million VND, 20kg of rice, 1 box of instant noodles.
The total cost of the charity trip was about 500 million VND, mobilized from contributions from officials, civil servants, businesses, people and children of Viet Tien homeland living and working in many localities across the country.
The gifts presented contain the deep affection of the Party Committee, government and people of Viet Tien commune to contribute to supporting people in flood-affected areas to soon stabilize their lives.

Accordingly, the delegation presented 300 gifts to 300 households, mainly families whose houses collapsed and suffered heavy losses in the recent floods. Each gift included 200,000 VND in cash, 10 kg of rice, blankets, mosquito nets, 1 carton of milk, 1 carton of instant noodles, cooking oil, fish sauce, seasoning powder, banh chung and new clothes. The total cost of the charity trip was more than 350 million VND, supported by the volunteer team members, businesses and benefactors.
