The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has recently sent a document to Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio, Television and Broadcasting Center; the Provincial Public Information Center and Electronic Information Portal regarding coordination in disseminating information on the transformation of the tax management model for business households.

Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Radio, Television, the Provincial Public Information Center and Electronic Information Portal, and affiliated units to coordinate the synchronized implementation of propaganda content. This includes strengthening propaganda at agencies and units, integrating and disseminating information in meetings and activities about the benefits and obligations when household businesses convert to enterprises or switch to the declaration method; the purpose of the conversion to ensure greater transparency and fairness; the rights when converting to enterprises (access to capital, market expansion, brand building, etc.); the necessary preparations for conversion; and penalties for tax evasion, conducting business without business registration, tax registration, etc., to ensure that all household and individual businesses have access to complete, accurate, easily understandable, and easily implementable information.

In addition, display banners, billboards, and LED screens (if available) with the message "60 Days of Action - Substantive Transformation - Elevating the Declaration of Taxable Businesses to Transparency and Modernity"; facilitate direct on-site dissemination and guidance by tax authorities, credit institutions, and software solution providers upon request; encourage civilized consumption habits and request invoices from customers during transactions to protect their rights and ensure tax transparency. Simultaneously, closely coordinate with tax authorities to organize activities to disseminate tax laws during the transition period.
