Besides being skilled in their duties and knowledgeable about scout rituals, school scout leaders also need leadership skills, creativity, and technological thinking to guide children in activities and meet the needs of the scouts. With this principle in mind, the annual skills training program for outstanding scouts from junior high schools throughout the province has been effectively and practically maintained. This year, the training program and competition were even more vibrant with the participation of scout leaders from junior high schools in the southern part of the province, allowing them to interact and share experiences.
