Expedite the collection and processing of waste after floods.

The Provincial People's Committee has recently sent a document to the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; departments, agencies; and the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones regarding the acceleration of waste collection and treatment after the floods in the province.

Accordingly, in implementing Resolution No. 394, dated December 3, 2025, of the Government on launching a nationwide movement to participate in environmental protection, minimizing waste generation, sorting, collecting, and processing waste for a bright, green, clean, and beautiful Vietnam, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and its member organizations; departments, agencies; and People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones, based on their functions, tasks, scope, and assigned fields, to urgently study the content of Resolution No. 394 to proactively implement environmental protection measures; minimize waste generation, sort, collect, and process waste for a bright, green, clean, and beautiful Vietnam within their authority.

Specifically, it is necessary to focus on organizing and launching a comprehensive environmental sanitation campaign at the headquarters of agencies and management units; strengthening communication and education to raise awareness in order to build a civilized lifestyle, avoiding littering and disposing of waste in the right place and at the right time. At the same time, promptly commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements; remind and criticize units that have not seriously implemented the regulations; and promptly report and advise the Provincial People's Committee (through the Department of Agriculture and Environment) on handling any arising issues in accordance with regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment to take the lead and coordinate with relevant units to proactively implement the work contents within its authority; and to urgently research and advise the Provincial People's Committee on related issues to ensure the implementation of Resolution No. 394 in the province is practical, effective, and appropriate to the actual situation.
