Tan Trao Club held a meeting to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army.

On December 13th, the Tan Trao Club in Tuyen Quang province held a meeting to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2025) and the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day.

Attending the meeting were Comrade Nguyen Huu Hoan, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Tan Trao Club; Au Thi Mai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union; and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Provincial Military Command.

At the meeting, delegates and members of the Tan Trao Club together reviewed the glorious traditions of the Vietnam People's Army; organized the admission of new members; and listened to the Provincial Military Command's update on the development of the heroic Vietnam People's Army.

Currently, the Tan Trao Club has over 400 members, including nearly 100 retired military personnel who were trained and matured in the army, participated in combat and served in the military, and made many contributions to the cause of national construction and defense. Returning to civilian life and participating in club activities, these veterans have always upheld the spirit and traditions of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," actively participating in local social work and making positive contributions to the economic , cultural, and social development of the province.
