Lieutenant General Le Van Huong holds the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh appointed Lieutenant General Le Van Huong, Director of the Military Personnel Department, General Staff, to the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed a decision appointing a Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.

According to Decision No. 2707/QD-TTg, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh appointed Lieutenant General Le Van Huong, Director of the Military Personnel Department, General Staff, to the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.

This decision takes effect from the date of signing (December 12, 2025).
