It is considered special because this was the longest National Assembly session, lasting 40 days, with an unprecedented workload. The National Assembly reviewed, discussed, and voted to pass 51 laws and 39 resolutions, including 8 normative legal resolutions, accounting for nearly 30% of the total laws and resolutions enacted during the entire 15th National Assembly term.

"I highly appreciate the new policies enacted by the National Assembly, which are social welfare policies. For example, in healthcare, there is consideration of a policy to waive hospital fees for citizens according to a specific roadmap, or policies to provide free textbooks for students. These are policies that are welcomed by the entire population," said Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Nga (National Assembly representative from Hai Phong City).

"We should prioritize allocating resources to key national projects, such as the North-South high-speed railway, the Ninh Thuan nuclear power plant, and expressways, to complete infrastructure development in a synchronized manner, serving the country's development," said Mr. Ha Sy Dong (National Assembly representative from Quang Tri province).

This special session left a strong impression, reflecting the determination, decisiveness, and commitment of the National Assembly and its members. The spirit of doing everything possible, actively and proactively working alongside the Government to address urgent issues, and shifting strongly from a management mindset to a development-oriented one.

"The volume of legislation passed during this session demonstrates professionalism and a rapid pace of change, reflecting the close collaboration between National Assembly deputies and the National Assembly with the Government to promptly meet practical requirements during this transitional period," commented Ms. Ly Thi Lan (National Assembly Deputy from Tuyen Quang province).

"We highly appreciate the professionalism of the committees, especially the coordinating and harmonizing leadership role of the National Assembly Standing Committee, which focuses solely on completing tasks, not just working until the clock runs out. We have never experienced such an atmosphere of intense yet dedicated and highly responsible work," commented Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Mai (National Assembly representative from Hanoi).

The 10th session concluded, marking the end of the 15th National Assembly's term, with outstanding achievements in all areas of legislation, supreme supervision, and decision-making on important national issues. In particular, it marked a significant step in realizing the strategic breakthrough goal of improving institutions, removing bottlenecks, and unlocking resources for development, as outlined in the Resolution of the 13th National Congress.

Mr. Tran Hoang Ngan (National Assembly representative from Ho Chi Minh City) stated: "The 15th National Assembly has passed more than 200 laws and resolutions of a normative legal nature. This is a very large volume of work completed, concretizing important policies and guidelines of the Party and the State, helping our country to have a synchronized institutional framework."

"Looking back on the past period, it can be affirmed that the National Assembly has truly left its mark on a term full of courage, responsibility, and genuine service to the Fatherland and the people. The National Assembly has continuously improved the institutional framework, laying the foundation and important legal basis for the next term," emphasized Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Son (National Assembly representative from Hai Phong City).

Policies must reach the right people, and the people must truly benefit from those policies.

With many highlights and positive results, the 10th session, which is also the final session of the 15th National Assembly, has been recognized and highly appreciated by voters and the people; it is hoped that, based on the Laws and Resolutions passed by the National Assembly, the Government, ministries, sectors, and localities will soon begin implementing them.

According to voters and the public, while the adoption of policies is crucial, the early implementation of practical regulations is equally important. The ultimate goal is for policies to reach the right people, meet the right needs, and be implemented at the right time, ensuring that citizens truly benefit from these policies.

Mr. Dinh Minh Tuan (Thanh My Tay ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said: "One policy decision that impressed me the most was the change in the Land Law, a decision that has greatly supported businesses as well as the people. My expectation for the next 5-year term of the National Assembly is that the delegates need to pay more attention to social issues, issues directly related to the people."

"The National Assembly has successfully fulfilled its functions and duties. I hope that the highest power body of the country will select the most outstanding and excellent representatives to contribute the most to the country, so as to bring happiness and prosperity to the people," said Mr. Nguyen Ba Thuyet (Tuy Hoa ward, Dak Lak province).

The prompt implementation of laws and resolutions passed by the National Assembly at this session is also a message emphasized by National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man in his closing remarks at the 10th session, demonstrating the determination to successfully achieve growth targets and other socio-economic development goals and tasks, and to better care for the lives of the people.

The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly left many positive impressions and marks. The results of the session and the results of the 15th National Assembly's term will be the foundation to help the country confidently enter a new era of development with the goal of rapid and sustainable growth, aiming to become a high-income, prosperous, civilized, and happy country.
