Weather forecast for December 13th: Northern Vietnam and North Central Vietnam will experience cold and rainy weather, with some areas experiencing severe cold.

Due to the influence of a cold front combined with convergence in the upper westerly wind zone, moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected in the Northern region and from Thanh Hoa to Hue City on December 13th, both day and night.
