In the spirit of "mutual support and solidarity," from December 9th to 12th, three delegations from the Vietnam National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), led by EVNNPT Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Tuan Tung, EVNNPT General Director Pham Le Phu, and leaders of the EVNNPT Trade Union, directly visited provinces and cities in Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands to carry out support activities and join hands with localities to overcome difficulties as soon as possible.

Accordingly, EVNNPT has decided to support the localities of Hue, Da Nang , Quang Ngai, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, and Khanh Hoa – areas severely affected by the recent floods – with 200 million VND allocated to each province to help alleviate difficulties and support people in stabilizing their lives and restoring production.

At the ceremony to hand over the donated funds to the localities, EVNNPT leaders stated that sharing and supporting the localities not only demonstrates the corporation's social responsibility but also reflects the fine tradition of compassion of the Vietnamese electricity industry, especially in December - the month of customer appreciation for the electricity sector.

EVNNPT is committed to continuing to support the central and Tây Nguyên (Central Highlands) provinces in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, contributing to helping people return to normal life as soon as possible.

Representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities expressed their deep gratitude to EVNNPT, stating that the timely support from the Corporation not only helped people alleviate immediate difficulties but also demonstrated the sense of responsibility and compassion of the electricity sector towards the community. EVNNPT's joint efforts are a great source of encouragement for local authorities and people to have more confidence in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

EVNNPT's charitable activities once again affirm the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and social responsibility, while spreading the image of power transmission workers always focusing on the community and the sustainable development of the country.

In recent times, provinces and cities in the Central and Central Highlands regions have been severely affected by floods and heavy rains. Alongside their social welfare responsibilities, EVNNPT's regional power transmission units have promptly coordinated with local authorities to assess actual needs and implement support measures in a practical and timely manner.

At the same time, transmission teams are focusing all resources on ensuring the safe operation of the transmission grid system, quickly resolving any incidents that arise, and ensuring a stable power supply to serve daily life and production in localities affected by floods.
