The Naval Academy won 3 awards at the 34th Vietnam Student Informatics Olympiad.

At the closing ceremony and awards presentation of the 34th Vietnam Student Informatics Olympiad, the 1st Vietnam Student Artificial Intelligence Olympiad, Procon Vietnam, and the ICPC Asia Ho Chi Minh City 2025 International Student Programming Competition held on the evening of December 12th, the Naval Academy students excellently won 1 first prize, 1 second prize in the non-specialized Informatics category, and 1 third prize in the specialized Informatics category.

The 34th Vietnam Student Informatics Olympiad and its accompanying competitions took place from December 8th to 12th at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, bringing together nearly 1,000 contestants competing in various programming and artificial intelligence categories. Among them, the Naval Academy team had 7 students competing in the Student Informatics Olympiad.

This is one of the intellectual playgrounds for discovering, nurturing, and promoting a passion for scientific and technological research among the younger generation. The achievements of the Naval Academy are a testament to the efforts in teaching and learning of lecturers and students, contributing to improving the quality of education, training, and scientific research of the academy in the new situation.
