Invitation to participate in bidding consultancy

- Pursuant to Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BTTTT dated June 14, 2024 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on guidelines for developing, appraising and promulgating economic and technical norms for public career services using the state budget in the press field under the state management of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center (the inviting party) is implementing a plan to select a contractor for the package: Consulting on the development of economic and technical norms; developing unit prices for ordering public career services in the field of journalism of Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center according to the provisions of Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BTTTT dated June 14, 2024 of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

Quang Ninh Provincial Media Center respectfully invites bidding consulting enterprises with sufficient capacity and experience in bidding consulting to participate in consulting packages for the above bidding packages under KHLCNT, specifically:

- Consulting on Appraisal of Contractor Selection Plan.

- Consulting on preparing bidding documents and evaluating bidding documents.

- Consulting on Bidding Document Appraisal and Contractor Selection Results.

To have a basis for negotiating a contract to select a consulting contractor, contractors are requested to send a bid application, capacity profile and quotation for the cost of implementing the bid package to the address:

- Research and develop operating standards for print and electronic newspapers.

- Research and develop direct unit prices according to print and electronic newspaper operating standards.

- Research and develop unit prices for ordering printed and electronic newspaper activities.

- Research and develop standards for radio and television program production.

- Research and develop direct unit prices according to radio and television program production standards.

- Research and develop unit prices for ordering radio and television program production.

4. Implementation period: 2025.
