Specifically, at 20 p.m. on December 11.12, Information Center 114 of Da Nang City Police received news of a traffic accident between two motorbikes occurring on Dong Da Street (Hai Chau District); The victim had his foot pierced by the motorbike's handbrake and was unable to move.
Immediately, Information Center 114 dispatched a specialized vehicle with officers and soldiers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department to the scene.
When arriving at the scene, the firefighting and rescue forces found that the female victim had been given first aid by the medical team, but because her foot was pierced by the motorbike's handbrake, she could not move.
Firefighting and rescue forces used hydraulic cutting equipment to quickly cut off the motorcycle's handbrake. The female victim was then taken to the emergency hospital.
