Sesko is set to undergo a medical examination in Manchester, after RB Leipzig accepted Manchester United's offer of £66.5 million plus £7.3 million in add-ons.
Previously, the German team had also agreed to Newcastle's offer of £71.5 million paid immediately, plus £2.5 million in add-ons.

However, Benjamin Sesko decided to join the Red Devils, even though the Manchester team's bid was lower than Newcastle's.
The Slovenian striker will complete Manchester United's new attacking line-up this season, following the arrival of two other expensive signings, Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha.
At the age of 22, Sesko has scored 39 goals in 87 appearances for RB Leipzig, including 21 goals last season.
Sesko's move to MU is a major blow to Newcastle, as they have repeatedly missed out on important targets, especially with Isak demanding a departure.
The imminent completion of the Sesko transfer will raise many questions about the future of Rasmus Hojlund, a striker who has been a major disappointment recently.
Reports suggest that Manchester United are willing to sell the Danish striker at a loss for just £30 million, less than half the £72 million they paid to bring Hojlund from Atalanta.
