MU abruptly sacked manager Ruben Amorim.

Manchester United have just announced the dismissal of manager Ruben Amorim, following his recent harsh criticism of the club's leadership.

The Portuguese strategist packed his bags and left Old Trafford after 14 months of chaos both on and off the pitch.

Under Amorim, MU only won 24 out of 62 matches, a low win rate of 38.71%. No MU manager has had a worse record since Frank O'Farrell, who was sacked in 1971.
