Following President Ho Chi Minh's teaching, "Skillful mass mobilization leads to success in everything," the Party Committee of Muong Bam commune has linked the implementation of the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement with socio-economic development, national defense, and security, contributing to improving the lives of the people and ensuring security and order in the area.

The Standing Committee of the Mường Bám Commune Party Committee is implementing mass mobilization work for the period 2026-2030.

The Party Committee of Muong Bam commune currently has 26 subordinate branches, with a total of nearly 434 Party members. Comrade Ha Trung Thang, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, shared: Implementing the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" emulation movement, the Commune Party Committee has reformed the content and methods of its activities. It has strengthened propaganda and mobilization efforts to ensure the people effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws, and the village's regulations and customs. At the same time, Party Committee members have been assigned to proactively stay close to the grassroots, understand the people's aspirations, and promptly resolve emerging issues. The Party Committee has directed subordinate branches to select "skilled mass mobilization" models suitable to their actual conditions. Currently, the Party Committee maintains 7 "skilled mass mobilization" models; including 6 collective models and 1 individual model, focusing on the following areas: economic development ; building cultural life; ensuring local security and order; and building new rural areas...

Na La village in Muong Bam commune has 262 households, including 43 poor households and 42 near-poor households. The village Party branch has chosen a model of effective mass mobilization to promote and encourage people to change the structure of crops and livestock towards commodity production, thereby increasing income. Mr. Tong Van Chuong, Secretary of the Party branch and Head of the village, said: The Party Committee and the Village Management Board have actively propagated and mobilized people to plant and care for 20 hectares of fruit trees, mainly longan trees, yielding about 100 tons/year; in addition, some crops such as coffee and tea have also been newly introduced by the people with an area of nearly 100 hectares, expected to be harvested in 2027; and more than 6,000 head of livestock and poultry are raised. Thanks to this, many households in the village have earned hundreds of millions of dong per year. We strive to reduce the number of poor households by 5 each year.

The people of Na La village, Muong Bam commune, are tending to their coffee plants.

Na Cau village is located on the main road of the commune, with a relatively large number of people entering and leaving the area. Therefore, controlling individuals involved in the illegal possession, trafficking, and use of drugs is very difficult. Determined to eradicate drug abuse from community life, the village Party branch has chosen a model of "effective community mobilization" to ensure local security and order. Mr. Lo Van Thinh, Secretary of the Party branch and Head of Na Cau village, said: The village management board propagates and mobilizes people to participate in detecting, reporting, and exposing drug crimes; the village's security and order protection team regularly patrols and monitors the area, promptly detecting individuals involved in the illegal possession, transportation, and trafficking of drugs. Currently, there are no people in the village undergoing centralized drug rehabilitation; the three individuals who have completed rehabilitation are managed by the local security and order protection team, who regularly monitor and assist them in reintegrating into the community and engaging in local production. Since the beginning of the year, no drug-related incidents have been detected in the area.

Thanks to the implementation of effective "People's Mobilization" models, the socio -economic development of Muong Bam commune has seen many positive changes. The average income of the commune is expected to reach approximately 45 million VND/person in 2025, and the commune is striving to achieve 48-50 million VND/person by the end of 2026.

The people of Muong Bam commune voluntarily donated land and cleared the site for the construction of rural transportation routes.

Continuing to promote the movement of skillful mass mobilization, the Party Committee of Muong Bam commune focuses on leading and directing the Party branches to build and maintain models of skillful mass mobilization. This includes focusing on disseminating information and mobilizing the people to switch to suitable and effective crops and livestock; applying scientific and technological advancements to production; and encouraging the people to actively participate in the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" movement, practicing civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, festivals, and preventing social evils. This contributes to creating consensus in economic and social development, strengthening national defense and security, and striving to successfully complete the Resolution of the Party Congress of the commune for the 2025-2030 term.
