Singer Kieu Anh's new music video has sparked controversy regarding the use of Nôm script in the poem "Banh Troi Nuoc" (Floating Rice Cakes) that appeared in a scene of the music video.

On the evening of June 15th, singer Kieu Anh returned to the music scene with the MV " Jade Leaf, Golden Branch," a musical project in collaboration with musician Tuan Cry, the Antiantiart creative team, and producer Duong K.

The music video for "Jade Leaf, Golden Branch" explores the image of an East Asian woman with a spirit of freedom and independence, despite experiencing many ups and downs in life. The singer chose Ninh Binh as the main setting for the music video.

However, controversy arose regarding a scene in the Nôm script of the poem "Bánh Trôi Nước" (Floating Rice Cakes), which appears at approximately 0:57 in the music video. A Hán Nôm expert pointed out several errors in the handwriting. The word "Trôi" in the title was partially misspelled, while the word "Nước" (Water) was mistakenly written as "Lạc" in the second line. Furthermore, in the third line, the phrase "rắn nát" (shattered) was written as "phá nát" (destroyed).
