Along with Thanh Thuy, Bich Tuyen emerged as a phenomenon of Vietnamese volleyball. Through that, she received the attention of volleyball lovers in the continent as well as the world . The fact that many international volleyball tournaments are interested in Bich Tuyen makes fans ask the question: Where will she want to go on her first trip abroad?

Have to try harder when not chosen

Vietnamese volleyball lovers have some answers when the name Bich Tuyen appears on the list of trial registrations for the 2025-2026 Korean national championship season. This 24-year-old setter is also the only Vietnamese name appearing on this list.

With Coach GS Caltex present in Vietnam to watch Bich Tuyen's match at the National Championship, and giving her many compliments, it was thought that Bich Tuyen would have a chance to play in Korea. But in the end, among the 7 Asian foreign players selected by 7 Korean clubs, Bich Tuyen's name was not included.

Talking to Tuoi Tre, Bich Tuyen said: "When I knew I was not selected, I was not sad. I think I still have a lot of time to improve myself. Besides Korea, I also do not have a specific plan to compete abroad in any other country."

At 24 years old, Bich Tuyen still has plenty of time left to compete professionally. Many experts predict that it is only a matter of time before this Vinh Long player goes abroad to compete. The problem is how Bich Tuyen will arrange her playing time to balance her domestic duties and competing abroad.

Going abroad must be carefully calculated to balance both playing for the national team and tournaments for my home club, LPBank Ninh Binh.

Want to do three tasks

It can be seen that the two tasks mentioned above have taken up almost all of Bich Tuyen's time. According to Bich Tuyen's plan for 2025, the first 3 months will be spent participating in domestic tournaments including Hoa Lu Cup, phase 1 of the National Championship and Hung Vuong Cup. After that, there will be a period of time to focus on the national team to compete internationally throughout the 4 summer months. And at the end of the year, she will prepare for phase 2 of the National Championship and the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand.

Just mentally calculating, in 2025, Bich Tuyen participated in 10 tournaments (in 2024, it was 11 tournaments). Balancing three tasks - contributing to the national team, Ninh Binh Club and the dream of going abroad - is not an easy problem for this player. However, throughout the tournaments from 2023 to now, Bich Tuyen has still met the expectations of fans.

She continuously shines to reap many successes such as winning the national championship for the first time in 2023, winning the AVC Challenge Cup in 2024, winning the Hoa Lu Cup for 2 consecutive years (2024, 2025), winning the Hung Vuong Cup for the first time (2025), reaching the final of the AVC Champions League 2024 (thereby winning the right to participate in the FIVB World Club Championship 2024).

Hope to compete for the 33rd SEA Games gold medal

In the first half of 2025, Bich Tuyen continued to maintain her top form, helping LPBank Ninh Binh not lose any matches throughout 3 domestic tournaments: Hoa Lu Cup, Phase 1 of the National Championship and Hung Vuong Cup. That is why fans expect her to continue to maintain this form in the national team.

Under coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet, Bich Tuyen plays a particularly important role in the challenging journey of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team. One of them is the international playground that Vietnamese volleyball will participate in for the first time - FIVB World Championship 2025. Along with that is the historic mission of hoping to compete for the gold medal at the 33rd SEA Games right in Thailand this coming December.

Bich Tuyen shared: "The upcoming tournaments of the national team are all very important tournaments. More specifically, the team will participate in a very prestigious tournament of FIVB. The whole team must make a lot of effort together, unite, and compete with determination to get the best results."

Continuously reaping individual awards

In every tournament Bich Tuyen participated in, she won individual titles, notably the best opposite player, the best scorer in AVC Champions League 2024, SEA V.League 2024. She was the best attacker in Hoa Lu Cup 2024 and 2025, Hung Vuong Cup 2024 and 2025, National Championship 2023.
