At the end of March 2026, the Women's Union of Hoa Thang Ward launched the "Women's Union Executive Committee - 3 No's, 3 Yes's" model. The model has 30 members and is tasked with implementing digital technology in the operation and management of the union's activities, as well as guiding and supporting branches and members in accessing and promoting digital transformation. Ms. Lien Thi Hiep, Vice President of the Women's Union of Hoa Thang Ward and head of the model, said that members support women in learning and using basic digital skills such as: using smartphones, accessing the internet safely, and making cashless payments. At the same time, they guide members in accessing official information channels, raising awareness about online safety, and preventing online scams. Through this, they promote digital transformation from the grassroots level, gradually improving the effectiveness and quality of the union's work in the new context.

In Nha Trang ward, the Women's Association and the Intergenerational Self-Help Club in Residential Group 2 recently launched a "Digital Family" model with 20 members. The association and club integrate support for women and the elderly in digital transformation into their regular meetings. According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan, Head of the Women's Association in Residential Group 2, the model aims to build each family into a "digital cell," enabling them to apply technology in their daily lives with the motto "those who know teach those who don't," creating a close, accessible learning environment suitable for each member. In addition, they invite expert speakers to provide in-depth training on using digital platforms, protecting personal information, identifying and preventing online fraud, etc., helping women and the elderly become more confident in participating in the digital environment.

From March 2026, the Women's Union of Suoi Hiep commune, in coordination with the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and other political and social organizations, has implemented a "Digital Mailbox" to receive opinions and feedback from women members and the people in the commune. To date, the "Digital Mailbox" has been deployed to 16 residential areas, providing people with an additional convenient and quick channel to submit feedback and suggestions digitally. People only need to scan the QR code on the "Digital Mailbox" to send suggestions and feedback to the information reception page of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and other political and social organizations of the commune. Suggestions will be received and answered within 3 working days from the time of receipt.

Women's associations at all levels have also intensified propaganda and training to enhance women's digital capacity. Specifically, the Provincial Women's Union organized training for 155 women, including presidents and vice-presidents of the Women's Union in 65 communes, wards, and special zones, on topics such as updating membership management software; applying information technology and digital transformation in association activities... aiming to help association officials access and improve their ability to use digital technology in management and administration.
The Women's Union of Dien Lac commune, in coordination with the commune's police, organized 12 training courses on preventing and combating "online kidnapping" for officials, members, and women in the commune. Participants received information on the current state of "online kidnapping" schemes; updates on typical cases nationwide; identification of common tactics used by criminals, warning signs to watch out for; skills in handling situations, and effective prevention solutions. Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet Mai (Truong Lac village) said: "The scenarios presented in the training were very relatable and relevant to real life, so I learned many useful experiences and gained a better understanding of online scams."
Ms. Phan Thi Hoa Binh , Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, stated that enhancing digital literacy not only helps women adapt to the development trends of society but also plays a crucial role in protecting themselves and their families from risks such as online fraud, fake news, and personal data breaches. In the coming time, the Women's Union at all levels will continue to replicate effective models; promote accessible and appropriate training for different groups of women to equip them with the knowledge and skills to use digital technology, contributing to building a healthy and safe living environment for women.
