Currently, this record is held by Schalke 04 legend Klaus Fichtel (43 years and 6 months old).
Against St. Pauli, Neuer played solidly and helped his team keep a clean sheet. He maintained his high level of performance at a crucial time, thereby helping Bayern maintain their chances of competing for the treble this season.

To date, the goalkeeper born in 1986 has played a total of 544 times in the Bundesliga, placing him among the players with the most appearances in the history of the league. With his consistent performance, he can certainly continue to improve his position on this ranking.
This latest achievement once again affirms Neuer's position as one of the best goalkeepers in the history of German and world football.
