Prevent party members from violating

The Party Committee and the leading branches seriously implemented the evaluation and support for building Great Solidarity houses in Phu Thu ward and closely inspected and supervised the construction process so that no negative incidents occurred.

In order to prevent violations among cadres and Party members, the Ward Party Committee, its subordinate Party cells and the Ward Party Committee's Inspection Commission strengthen inspection and supervision work; effectively implement the motto "Expanded inspection and focused inspection"; focus on inspection and supervision of urgent, sensitive areas that are prone to negativity.

According to comrade Vo Minh Quang, Party Cell Secretary, Head of Thanh Thoi area, the Party Cell always pays attention to the management,education , training and supervision of Party members. Every month, at regular meetings, the Party Cell Executive Committee regularly and comprehensively deploys all aspects of Party building work to Party members, such as: promoting the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, promoting the role of setting an example, saying what you do, fulfilling the commitment to not show signs of degradation, following Uncle Ho with meaningful actions... The Party Cell Executive Committee pays attention to grasping the thoughts, aspirations and developments in Party members to promptly rectify and help correct limitations and shortcomings. For many years, the Party Cell has had no Party members violating the law.

Comrade Do Van Toan, Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission, said: Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Commission have built an annual Inspection and Supervision Program with specific and practical contents. In particular, focusing on contents such as the implementation of assigned duties and responsibilities; working regulations, grassroots democracy regulations; strengthening Party building and rectification associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; the spirit of setting an example for cadres and Party members; improving the quality of Party cell activities; providing subsidy policies for beneficiaries; exemplary Party members participating and mobilizing relatives to participate in health insurance; directing the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army... Through KT, GS, the Party Committee and the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the ward promptly discovered and reminded many members to overcome their limitations and shortcomings, create positive changes, complete assigned tasks well; and be exemplary in the tasks and movements of the agency and unit.

In addition, the Party Committee and the Party Inspection Committee of the ward have regularly supervised Party cells, cadres and Party members, especially the implementation of the Party Charter, the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do, the cultivation and training of qualities, ethics, lifestyle, etc. Thereby, encouraging and reminding groups and individuals to promptly overcome limitations and shortcomings, not allowing violations.

The ward Party Committee is interested in directing the implementation of administrative reform, supervising the Party members, Party members and civil servants of the ward to carry out administrative reform, and raising the sense of responsibility in serving the people. Most of the people's administrative records and procedures are returned on time and before the deadline. The ward Party Committee is interested in directing the Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Party cells to coordinate with agencies, units and the ward's Community Investment Supervision Board to closely supervise the implementation of works and projects in the ward. From 2020 to present, the ward has implemented the GS to upgrade and repair the road along the Xeo Dung canal in Thanh Thang area, 3,000m long, the road along the Xeo Gua canal in Khanh Binh area, 5,000m long, the Go road, 3,000m long, the Mat Cat road, 1,000m long, upgrade and repair the road from Phu An residential area to Phu Thu Secondary School, 3,200m long, repair Phu Thu 1 Primary School, install lighting on roads nearly 3,000m long, consider supporting the construction of 30 houses for beneficiaries... All projects are constructed on schedule, without negative or corrupt behavior.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Cung, Standing Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission, affirmed: Inspection and supervision work not only effectively prevents party members from degrading and violating, but also contributes to improving the quality of all aspects of the ward's work. The rate of party members studying the resolution is over 98%, participating in health insurance is 100%, participating in valid party cell meetings is over 95%, the ward annually achieves and exceeds the socio -economic, national defense, security and Party building targets. In the 2020-2025 term, the ward achieved and exceeded 14/14 main targets set by the Party Congress of the ward.
