Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, 48 years old, is from Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh province (before the merger). Before being appointed as Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, Mr. Dung held the following positions: Head of PA02 Department; Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Security Agency of Ha Tinh Provincial Police; Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security; Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.
