* On the morning of February 14, 2024 (the 5th day of the first lunar month of the Year of the Dragon 2024), at the Temple of Emperor Quang Trung in Vinh City, a solemn ceremony was held to commemorate the 235th anniversary of the victory at Ngoc Hoi - Dong Da.

* On the morning of February 14th, at the Reserve Mobilization Training Center in Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district, the Provincial Military Command organized the launching of the " Tree Planting Festival to Forever Remember Uncle Ho" for the Spring of Giap Thin 2024.

* On the morning of February 14th (the 5th day of the Lunar New Year), Dai Tue Pagoda in Nam Anh commune (Nam Dan district) held the Spring Calligraphy Ceremony. Thousands of local people and tourists from within and outside the province flocked to the pagoda to participate.
