Nghe An will host the "Square Star Colors" game show next May.

The game show features four competing teams from the Military Commands of four provinces: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh.

Recently, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Plan No. 255/KH-UBND to organize the "Square Star Colors" Gameshow in 2025. The purpose of this program is to promote the dissemination and education of laws on militia and self-defense forces, and local military and national defense; to comprehensively reflect the work of force building and training activities; and to highlight exemplary individuals and good deeds within the militia and self-defense forces... contributing to the education of patriotism and military and national defense knowledge among officers and soldiers in the provincial armed forces and all segments of the population.

According to the plan, the program will be filmed on May 8, 2025, at the Kim Lien Commune Gymnasium, Nam Dan District; and broadcast on May 19, 2025. Four teams from the Military Commands of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Binh provinces will participate. Each team consists of five members participating in the game show and supporting actors for the stage performances. The program will be attended by leaders from the Ministry of National Defense, Military Region 4, and the provinces within Military Region 4. The Military Broadcasting and Television Center of the General Political Department will also participate in the production.

The "Square Star Colors" game show consists of four parts: Greetings (staged format); Wise Square Star (questions and answers on laws related to militia, national defense, and military); Healthy Square Star (physical activity through a series of obstacles); Talented Square Star (showcasing talents in culture, arts, physical education, sports, and painting reflecting the performance of militia duties); and a section for audience participation and interaction with Square Star soldiers.

To ensure the successful execution of the Gameshow program, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has clearly assigned responsibilities for organization and implementation to relevant departments, agencies, localities, and units. The Provincial Military Command plays the leading role in coordinating the program's organization.
