At 8 AM, in the chilly air of the new year 2026, the Review Nhà Xịn team, fully equipped with cameras, video cameras, and drones, is showcasing a newly built house in the Northwest urban area of Rach Gia ward. Mr. Tran Hong Phuc adjusts his lapel microphone; behind him is the newly completed townhouse. The video camera is switched on, and across the street, the drone slowly rises, capturing the entire residential area. “Hello, ladies and gentlemen, this is a house with an area of 5x20m, with a separate title deed, located right on the main connecting road, linking to major roads in the center of Rach Gia…”, this is a typical work session for a group of young people choosing to start their careers in real estate review.

Before filming, the team spent hours surveying the site: location, legal aspects, intended use, target audience, whether it was for residential or investment purposes, and profit potential. When filming, they minimized flowery language, focusing instead on data, images, and real-world experiences. In a real estate market often plagued by rumors, inflated prices, and excessive advertising, this approach made a significant difference.
As the real estate market enters a period of consolidation, buyers become more cautious, and investors demand clearer information, leading to an increased demand for serious and transparent review content. Phuc shared: “Real estate is a significant asset, unlike ordinary consumer goods. Therefore, the presentation must be accurate, provide useful content, and address the needs of buyers when purchasing houses or land. The goal is to offer viewers an objective, truthful, and relatable perspective. Any inaccurate information can lead to misguided investment decisions. Therefore, we don't chase views with sensational headlines; instead, we remain steadfast in our principles: We don't compromise quality, we don't chase quantity, and we don't sacrifice reputation for views.”

The "Review Nhà Xịn" team was founded in mid-2025 by Mr. Tran Hong Phuc and three young people, combining the strengths of each member: presenter, cameraman, photographer, and professional video editor. The team has created many real estate review videos with a unique style, going beyond the typical "just to see" video format. Regarding future direction, Mr. Phuc shared: "We aim to become a media partner for businesses, real estate agencies, and large-scale real estate projects, not just individual properties. Businesses now need to sell products, but also build image, trust, and a compelling project story. That trust is built on honest footage, careful commentary, and the integrity of the cameraman. Real estate reviews, if done correctly, can become a bridge between projects and the market."
The drone landed, marking the end of a filming session. But the entrepreneurial journey of these young people has only just begun – a journey to find their place in a new profession, where each video is not just content, but a responsibility to an entire market. This requires long-term investment in people, equipment, and creative thinking, but it also opens up room for sustainable development for a knowledge- and skills-based startup model.
In the long term, the real estate review model can create livelihoods for young people while contributing to standardizing how the market accesses real estate information, from images and data to project stories. And in that model, every image and every word is no longer just entertainment content, but represents the trust and value of an entire market.
