This is a key event directed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, part of a series of activities to celebrate major national holidays. The program brings together a large number of artists, singers from Ho Chi Minh City and performing forces from many fields and ages, with a bustling, proud and responsible spirit.
