This year, the contestants in the Golden Bell Vọng Cổ Singing Competition seem to stand out more than last year in terms of both vocal quality and appearance. Contestants Phan Văn Nhân, Võ Hoài Minh, and Nguyễn Phú Yên all possess beautiful voices and bright stage presence, showing great potential as leading male singers. Even without making it to the ranking round, Hoài Minh and Phú Yên have garnered significant affection from the audience, and there are high hopes that they will further develop their artistic careers, as they already possess the necessary talent.

Nhu Y made the strongest impression with both her voice and acting. Her voice was expressive, reaching high notes without losing her voice or breath, and remaining clear even at low notes. In the role of Nguyen Thi Ton, who struggled to reach the royal court to plead for justice for her husband, District Chief Bui Huu Nghia (from the excerpt " The Virtuous Woman's Appeal "), Nhu Y performed with grace, depth, and emotion. Even the impromptu folk song (which she didn't prepare beforehand) didn't pose a challenge for her; she sang it confidently. Nhu Y also won the Press Award, selected by the Press Council.

Yen Khoa's performance of the Vong Co style was excellent, with a steady rhythm. She was the contestant who showed the most significant improvement through each round. Initially, her voice was a bit high and too powerful, but by the third and final rounds, she had learned to moderate it, making it more pleasant to listen to, and her Vong Co performances were particularly outstanding.

These are promising young talents who will have a long and successful career in the arts. This year's Golden Bell of Traditional Vietnamese Music competition was more successful than expected. Because the competition is held every year, the talent seems to have not developed quickly enough, so many people worried about whether they would find gold in the process. It's wonderful that both the Golden Bell and Silver Bell winners were well-deserved, and this year's third-place winner is officially called the Bronze Bell, a new feature compared to previous years.
