In 2017, the dealership participated in supporting the people of Ninh Tay commune (Ninh Hoa town) who were unfortunately devastated by Typhoon No. 17; sponsored the "Clean Water for Children Project" in 2019 at Giang Ly Primary School (Khanh Vinh district); donated gifts to the Cam Duc Town Shelter for Children with Disabilities (Cam Lam district), which is caring for children with disabilities (from 2019 to the present); supported the "Giving Love" program with other benefactors (2021); and provided food assistance to several locations in Nha Trang city during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Besides its philanthropic activities, Nha Trang Ford actively participates in community initiatives such as sponsoring the 2020 Khanh Hoa Provincial Football Championship, actively promoting campaigns against honking and drunk driving, and coordinating large-scale roadshows organized by Ford Vietnam.

In addition, Nha Trang Ford is also enhancing promotional programs and after-sales services, supporting customers through the common difficulties caused by Covid-19.

Furthermore, with the desire to expand its market and bring more value to the community, Nha Trang Ford has officially opened a representative office in Phu Yen province, located on Hai Duong Street, Phu Hoa District. Operating since January 21, 2016, Nha Trang Ford aims to serve customers in Khanh Hoa and the South Central and Central Highlands provinces. The dealership received an investment of over 30 billion VND and has a construction area of 3,500 m²; of which, 1,000 m² is for the showroom and 2,500 m² is for the service area, equipped with modern facilities meeting Ford's 5S standards, with a maximum operating capacity of 70 vehicles per day. Currently, the dealership has over 100 employees, including highly skilled technicians, with an average sales volume of nearly 600 vehicles per year.
