This is a practical activity of young police officers aimed at commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Police (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for Protecting National Security (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025).

Previously, after surveying the actual situation in the border commune of Quang Nham, and recognizing the difficult living conditions of the local people, the Youth Committee of the Hue City Police Department launched a campaign for youth groups throughout the force to coordinate with the Youth Union of the Foreign Affairs Department - Ministry of Public Security , the Quang Nham Commune Police, and several other units to start the construction of a charitable house worth 70 million VND.

The delegation also visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to the forces on duty ensuring security and order at the local level. The total cost for these activities was over 150 million VND.

On this occasion, the Hue City Police Youth Union and other functional forces also coordinated to organize propaganda and dissemination of laws on drug prevention and control, aiming to raise awareness and skills in preventing drug abuse among local people, especially young people in mountainous border areas.
