The National Economics University (NEU) projects tuition fees for the 2025-2026 academic year to be between 18-25 million VND/year (standard program). In the 2024-2025 academic year, the standard program had tuition fees ranging from approximately 16-22 million VND/year, depending on the major. The university's tuition fee increase schedule is a maximum of 10% per year.
New students this year will face higher tuition fees than last academic year.
Meanwhile, the University of Economics, Vietnam National University , Hanoi, has a tuition fee of 4.6 million VND/month (equivalent to 46 million VND/academic year). For the 2026-2027 academic year, this will be 4.8 million VND/month (equivalent to 48 million VND/academic year) and for the 2027-2028 academic year, it will be 5 million VND/month (equivalent to 50 million VND/academic year).

Tuition for Business Administration students with athletic talent for the 2024 intake is 98 million VND/course. Tuition for the Troy University (USA) joint program is approximately over 351 million VND/3 years; and for the St. Francis University (USA) joint program, it is approximately over 358 million VND/4 years.
Phenikaa University announced that the tuition fee for the Dentistry program will increase from 96 million VND in 2024 to 128 million VND this year. In reality, the tuition fee for this program remains 160 million VND per year, but last year the university offered a 40% discount for new students, while this year it's only a 20% discount, resulting in a higher amount for applicants.
The tuition fee for the standard program at the Vietnam Women's Academy is 14.4-16.5 million VND/year (equivalent to 30 credits per year), while the English-taught program costs 26.8 million VND/year.
The Banking Academy announced tuition fees for the standard program at 26.5-28 million VND/year, and for the high-quality, internationally affiliated program at 40-50 million VND/year.
The University of Commerce has tuition fees ranging from 24-27.9 million VND/year for standard programs, and from 38.5-65 million VND/year for IPOP, international dual degree, and advanced programs.
According to current regulations, tuition fees at public universities are based on a roadmap to ensure the costs of educational and training services are covered. The State sets tuition fee ceilings by field of study and each academic year, and universities are not allowed to exceed them. For programs that have undergone quality accreditation, universities are free to determine their own tuition fees.
