With the spirit of "Party members lead the way, the people follow," in recent years, cadres and Party members of Dinh Hoa commune have played a pioneering and exemplary role in all fields, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, creating a positive ripple effect among the people, and promoting local socio-economic development.

Dinh Hoa commune was established by merging the natural area and population of Dinh Hoa, Thoi Quan, and Thuy Lieu communes. After consolidation, the commune's Party Committee has 50 subordinate Party branches and committees, with 952 Party members. To promote the pioneering and exemplary role, the leaders and Party committees at all levels in the commune have seriously implemented regulations on exemplary conduct, linking them with the implementation of resolutions and directives on Party building and rectification, and studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh. This has enhanced the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system, strengthening the people's trust in the Party's leadership and the government's management and administration.

In the leadership and guidance process, Party committees at all levels focus on key and complex issues, proposing specific solutions; at the same time, they link the responsibility of setting an example by leaders with the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members in organizing and implementing tasks. In the context of implementing the two-tiered local government model, the changes in functions and tasks require each cadre and Party member, especially leaders, to proactively approach directives from higher levels, review documents, carefully study each task, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the apparatus, avoiding passivity in its operation.

The Party Committee of Dinh Hoa commune pays special attention to innovating the content and methods of Party branch meetings, ensuring they closely follow local realities and the key tasks of each stage. At the same time, it assigns cadres and Party members to be exemplary leaders in hamlet Party branches, actively promoting and mobilizing the people to participate in the movement. As a result, the leadership role of the Party branches is increasingly enhanced, and the quality of Party branch meetings is gradually improving.

According to the assessment of the commune Party Committee, during the performance of their duties, many cadres and Party members have clearly demonstrated innovative thinking, daring to think, daring to act, daring to take responsibility, and readily accepting and successfully completing all assigned tasks. Self-criticism and criticism have been carried out seriously; the ethics and lifestyle of cadres and Party members have been maintained. Some leading and managerial cadres have continuously reformed their working methods, closely engaging with the grassroots, being close to the people, and promptly grasping and resolving pressing and important issues in the locality. The results of the confidence vote for leadership and managerial positions in the political system show high consensus. In 2025, the percentage of Party members who successfully completed their tasks reached 99.7%; 49 Party branches and Party committees successfully completed their tasks, reaching 98%.

As the Party Branch Secretary and Head of Hoa Thanh Hamlet, Mr. Le Van Mot has always demonstrated a high sense of responsibility in leading and managing all aspects of local work. He shared: “For grassroots work to be effective, we must first be close to the people, understand them, respect and listen to their opinions. Cadres and Party members must set a good example, practice what they preach, and put the interests of the people first. Only then can we build trust and mobilize the people's strength.” Thanks to this, Hoa Thanh Hamlet has achieved many positive results, especially in building new rural areas and developing the economy . To date, the main roads in the hamlet have been built and concreted, creating favorable conditions for people's travel. Along with that, the campaign to encourage people to switch to high-economic-value crops and livestock, and apply science and technology to production, has contributed to improving people's lives.

Imbued with President Ho Chi Minh 's teaching: "Cadres are the foundation of all work," Ms. Danh Thi Kim Nga, Chief of the Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Dinh Hoa Commune, always upholds a high sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct in performing her duties. Before the merger, she held the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thuy Lieu Commune, in charge of culture and social affairs. In her position, she actively advised the Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune to issue many resolutions and plans related to cultural and social development, social security, and sustainable poverty reduction. During the period 2021-2025, she was classified as a Party member who excellently completed her duties. From July 1st, 2025 to the present, in her new role, Ms. Danh Thi Kim Nga continues to demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and exemplary leadership in her work, serving as a unifying force within the agency and unit. She shared: "The measure of a party member's value lies not in words but in actions. Pioneering and setting a good example are the most persuasive unspoken commands for the people."

Besides exemplary individuals like Mr. Le Van Mot and Ms. Danh Thi Kim Nga, many other cadres and Party members in Dinh Hoa commune are dedicating themselves daily to their work. Each holds a different position and employs a different approach, but all share a spirit of dedication, responsibility, and prioritizing the collective good. With the leading role of the cadres and Party members, and the consensus of all segments of the population, Dinh Hoa commune continues to leverage its internal strengths, promote patriotic emulation movements, and resolutely strive to successfully implement the resolutions of the Commune Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, building a more developed, prosperous, and civilized homeland.
