Reputable individuals actively encourage people of all ethnic groups to comply with the State's policies and laws, and to actively build national unity. They are considered a pillar of support for ethnic minority communities.

As a passionate and dedicated individual, Ms. H' Ích Niê (Ami Lucky) - Head of Ea Tuk village, Cư Pơng commune - is loved and respected by the villagers. After finishing high school, while many young people sought to leave their hometowns to pursue further education or find better job opportunities, this woman born in 1988 decided to stay and dedicate herself to her village, hoping to contribute her small efforts to the development of her homeland.

Since 2005, H' Ích Niê has been actively involved in youth union activities and was elected as the village's youth union secretary. With her dynamism, initiative, exemplary conduct, and ability to unite union members and young people, the village's youth union movement has become stronger, more vibrant, and more effective.

In addition, he regularly encouraged and motivated the villagers to preserve gongs and jars, and to work together to conserve the traditional culture of the Ede people.
