To meet the transportation needs of the people and expand inter-regional development space, at the beginning of 2026, Quang Tan commune implemented 5 projects to upgrade and improve transportation infrastructure in the area, including: the main road in the commune center; the road from the foot of Trung Son overpass to the commune health station; the Xi Man Thin spillway (Yen Son village); the Tac Ly spillway (Tam Lang village) and the Na Hin spillway (Na Thong village). These projects affected residential land, production land, boundary walls, gates, and auxiliary structures of 59 households with a total area of nearly 1,500 m². Land of all kinds.
Recognizing land clearance as a crucial task to ensure project progress, the Fatherland Front of the commune has closely coordinated with the Party Committee and local government in organizing public meetings and direct dialogues. Simultaneously, they implemented the motto "Going to every alley, knocking on every door," meticulously explaining the purpose and significance of the projects. As a result, 100% of affected households have agreed to donate land and structures, facilitating the construction unit to accelerate progress and bring the projects into operation sooner.
Alongside infrastructure upgrades , the Fatherland Front of the commune and its member organizations are also actively mobilizing the people to maintain environmental hygiene according to the criteria of "bright - green - clean - beautiful". Playing a pivotal role in this work, the Women's Association of the commune has implemented many practical activities. Ms. Nguyen Thu Thuy, Chairwoman of the Women's Association of Quang Tan commune, said: "In the first six months of the year, we have effectively maintained the 'Green Sunday' movement; mobilizing nearly 4,300 women's association members and people to participate in environmental sanitation work, contributing to building a clean and beautiful rural landscape and improving the quality of life for the people."
Not only in Quang Tan commune, but also in recent times, the Fatherland Front of communes, wards, and special zones throughout the province has effectively promoted the strength of national unity, realizing the theme of the year's work through practical activities. From the beginning of the year until now, the Front has mobilized more than 36,000 members and people to participate in the movement "All people join hands to protect the environment, for a green, clean, and beautiful Vietnam," associated with building united, prosperous, and happy residential areas; mobilizing members and people to contribute nearly 11 billion VND, 7,427 working days, and donate 152,000 m² of land. Land, participated in renovating and repairing 92km of roads, 46km of canals, and 50 bridges and culverts; maintained 638 green, clean, and beautiful roads; implemented 1,073 "Turning Waste into Money" models, collecting over 400 million VND, contributing to reducing approximately 200 tons of plastic and recyclable waste; planted over 250,000 new trees; and maintained 260 environmental protection clubs with more than 6,000 members…
Through social mobilization activities, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations at the commune level have directly presented over 13,600 gifts, worth over 8.2 billion VND, to disadvantaged households, policy beneficiaries, children, workers, and new recruits; and continued to support the construction and repair of houses for 10 disadvantaged households, contributing to... ensuring social security, No one should be left behind.
The Fatherland Front at all levels also regularly monitors the people's situation through its staff. facility, people who have Reputation within the community , especially on social media platforms (Zalo, Facebook, Fanpage). The legitimate suggestions and concerns of the people are promptly compiled and reported to the Party committee . local authorities .
In particular, the activities of the People's Inspection Committees, Community Investment Monitoring Committees, mediation groups, and self-governance models continue to be effectively maintained with the motto "The people know, the people discuss, the people do, the people inspect, the people supervise, and the people benefit," thereby arousing and promoting the people's right to self-governance. The practical actions of the Fatherland Front at all levels, prioritizing the people, not only firmly consolidate the great national unity and increase the people's trust in the Party, but also contribute to the successful implementation of the province's 2026 work theme.
