Keeping pace with development

As the first signs of spring appear on the rocky mountain slopes, looking back at Tuyen Quang's development over the past year, it's impossible not to mention the infrastructure projects that are daily "awakening" the potential of this northernmost region. There, the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board has silently but persistently contributed, ensuring that roads, bridges, and public works projects are soon to materialize, extending the aspiration for development.

A highlight of the past year was the implementation of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang Expressway Project, Phase 1, the section passing through the former Ha Giang province. This is a strategic transportation project of special importance, not only shortening geographical distances but also opening up new development opportunities for the province's economy , tourism, and investment.

Comrade Luong Van Doan, Director of the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board, shared: "With the role assigned, the unit has proactively coordinated closely with relevant departments, agencies, and localities, focusing on resolving difficulties regarding land clearance, material sources, and organizing scientific construction, ensuring progress according to the directives of the Central Government and the province."

On construction sites stretching across hills and mountains, the sight of project management staff closely monitoring the site, promptly addressing technical issues, and urging contractors to ensure safe and high-quality construction has become familiar. Every meter of road built is not only the result of machinery and technology, but also the sweat, responsibility, and daring spirit of the project management team.

Students and local residents rejoice as phase 1 of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project is officially opened for technical traffic.

Not only with the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway, but over the past year, the Provincial Investment and Construction Project Management Board has also been the investor and organizer of many other key projects in the province, ranging from transportation infrastructure and civil works to projects serving social welfare; including the project to renovate and upgrade provincial road DT.183, the Suoi Suu water supply system project, etc. The projects were implemented in accordance with the law, focusing on quality and investment efficiency, contributing to the completion of infrastructure and improving the lives of the people, especially in remote areas.

A new spring is arriving at every construction project, bringing with it faith and hope. The roads being built will connect villages, bringing opportunities closer to the people. In this journey, the Provincial Public Investment Project Management Board continues to be a reliable support, working together with the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in the province, contributing to building a faster and more sustainable Tuyen Quang in the springs to come.
