Representatives of the "Hands of Love" column of Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television Station presented gifts to families in difficult circumstances in Tien Thang commune (Gia Vien).

For more than a decade, the "Kindness of Arms" column on Ninh Binh Radio and Television (now Ninh Binh Newspaper and Radio and Television) has become a trusted address, a spiritual support, lighting up hope for many unfortunate lives in the province.

Behind the success and strong influence of that column is the dedication and unceasing enthusiasm of the team of journalists who have devoted much love and passion to building the meaningful "Circle of Compassion".

One of the typical faces and close associates of this column is journalist Thanh Huyen, Department of Arts, Newspaper and Ninh Binh Radio-Television. Thanh Huyen is not only the person who directly builds the content, but also delves into each story, each life to understand and convey in the most authentic way. “More than 10 years of being associated with the column “Wings of Compassion” has been a meaningful and emotional journey for me.

I have had the opportunity to accompany, listen and share with many difficult situations. Each story is a profound lesson about the will to live, about warm humanity, and I feel very lucky to be a bridge between kind hearts and less fortunate lives.

What makes me happiest, the biggest motivation for me to continue this work is to see the positive changes, the bright smiles returning to the lives of families after the community joins hands to help. That is the motivation for me to continue accompanying the program, spreading love and trust in society, because I believe that even small help can create miracles" - Journalist Thanh Huyen shared.

Thanh Huyen also emphasized the team's serious and responsible working motto, which has contributed to the effectiveness and prestige of the column: "Right from the beginning of each broadcast, the "Circle of Compassion" team always set a clear goal of being a bridge between difficult circumstances and the community. We have proactively and actively sought out and connected with philanthropists, businesses, charitable organizations... to call for support and companionship in the most timely and effective manner.

Not only stopping at simply reflecting emotional stories on television, the crew also tried to convince with sincerity from the heart, with clear, transparent and constantly updated information to create trust and strongly arouse deep compassion in the social community. Thanks to that, many difficult circumstances have received timely help, even lighting up hope for a better future in life.

Journalist Vu Minh, Head of the Arts Department, said: After more than 10 years of broadcasting the "Charity Arms" column, through the enthusiastic support of philanthropists and the social community, many poor, lonely, and unfortunate people in life have had a valuable opportunity to escape poverty, overcome serious illnesses and integrate into life.

There have been nearly 400 stories and situations covered by the program, including hundreds of poor people who have had their houses rebuilt or repaired to be more spacious; many children with congenital heart disease have received timely financial support for surgery to regain their lives and innocent smiles; many children have continued to go to school, giving wings to their dreams; many people with serious illnesses, through the program, have received the necessary financial support to treat their illnesses, regain happiness and faith in life.

This is not only the noble purpose of the program, but also the passion and heart of the team of editors, reporters, and cameramen - those who have been building and implementing this meaningful humanitarian column. With constant innovation in content and quality, along with creative ideas, the program has attracted more and more agencies, units, businesses, and benefactors to join hands in support.
