On September 18th, Novaland Group celebrated its 32nd anniversary at a time of great difficulty and challenge. However, with the support and attention of government agencies from the central to local levels, and the sharing, support, and companionship of customers, partners, and shareholders, Novaland Group is confident that it has strong foundations and momentum to overcome these difficulties and challenges. A proud journey from the beginning: On September 18, 1992, Thanh Nhon Company Limited – the predecessor of Novaland Group – was established, becoming one of the first private enterprises in Vietnam. From the very beginning, Novaland contributed to the country's development through a joint venture with a Philippine company to establish the Bio Pharmachemie veterinary medicine manufacturing plant. This not only helped shift from importing to exporting but also brought valuable foreign currency to the country. In the 1990s, Novaland Group was one of the pioneering enterprises in meeting a very new demand, building villas in Thao Dien, District 2, to serve foreigners working in Ho Chi Minh City. This was also the generation of experts, diplomats , and foreign investors who first came to Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam during the early stages of the country's reform process...
