Novaland plans to build a golf course in Lam Dong.

On July 7th, the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee announced that it had assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to take the lead in coordinating with relevant departments and agencies, as well as the People's Committees of Duc Trong and Di Linh districts, to study the proposal from Novaland Investment Group Joint Stock Company (Novaland) to invest in a multi-functional international resort and golf course project in the locality, and to submit a report to the province before July 30th.

The area where Novaland proposes to research, survey, plan, and invest in this project is located near Dai Ninh Lake.

Previously, Novaland had sent a document to the Standing Committee of the People's Committee and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province proposing permission to research, survey, prepare a detailed plan, and invest in the construction of the aforementioned project on a land area of ​​approximately 396 hectares located in Duc Trong and Di Linh districts.

This land plot is bordered to the north and east by Ninh Gia commune (Duc Trong district), to the south by National Highway 20, and to the west by Tam Bo commune (Di Linh district).
