One of these exemplary figures is Comrade Quách Thị Như Hoa (born in 1981) - Deputy Chief Procurator of the People's Procuracy of Region 1, Phu Tho province. Having been with the sector for nearly two decades, Comrade Hoa has not only demonstrated herself to be a competent prosecutor but also a dedicated and exemplary leader, wholeheartedly committed to her profession.

Graduating from Hanoi Law University in 2003, Ms. Quach Thi Nhu Hoa entered the Procuracy with a solid foundation of legal knowledge, along with a proactive attitude and a high sense of responsibility. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated seriousness, discipline, and professional competence. Since her appointment as Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Lam Thao District People's Procuracy (now the People's Procuracy of Region 2) in 2020, and her subsequent transfer to Viet Tri City People's Procuracy (now the People's Procuracy of Region 1) in September 2022, she has been a key figure, contributing to the improvement of the unit's quality and effectiveness. In her leadership role, Ms. Hoa proactively stays close to reality, providing timely and thorough guidance on each case, especially key criminal cases that are complex and sensitive. He directly participated in researching case files, formulating specific investigation requirements, and persistently collecting objective evidence to ensure that the prosecution was carried out correctly, with the right person being charged with the right crime, in accordance with the law. In cases involving uncooperative defendants, those with prior convictions, or incidents that generated significant public attention, he was undeterred and unafraid of difficulties, always upholding the principles of objectivity and prudence, and defending his prosecution stance based on law and evidence to the very end.

Not only did she closely supervise the work, but she also frequently served as the lead prosecutor in criminal trials, demonstrating sharp reasoning skills, a firm stance, and convincingly defending the prosecution's viewpoint, contributing to affirming the role of the Procuracy in protecting the law and the legitimate rights of the people.

With a passion for nurturing the next generation, she always diligently guides and mentors young cadres from the smallest tasks, thereby inspiring them through her seriousness and sense of responsibility in their daily work.

Recognizing her positive contributions during her work, Comrade Quách Thị Như Hoa has been a grassroots emulation fighter for many consecutive years; in 2021, she received a Certificate of Commendation from the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy for two consecutive years of outstanding performance. Recently, Comrade Hoa was recognized as an exemplary advanced model of the People's Procuracy of Phu Tho province. Comrade Quách Thị Như Hoa's positive contributions, along with the efforts of the collective of officials, prosecutors, and staff, have helped the People's Procuracy of Region 1 to be a leading example in the emulation movement of the provincial Procuracy for many years.
