The clip spread online recorded the scene of a female student wearing a middle school uniform being surrounded by a group of boys and girls, constantly cursing, pulling her shirt, pulling her hair, and even kicking her head many times. Even though this female student knelt down and begged “I'm sorry sisters, next time I won't be like that again…“, still no one intervened or helped.
The people who beat female students are mainly female. Some young men just stood from afar pointing and filming clips of cheering and cheering.
The clip lasted more than 2 minutes, making the online community angry about the violence.

Responding to VTC News, Ms. Dao Thi Phuong, Principal of Ta Thanh Oai Secondary School, said she had just learned about the incident and was coordinating with the authorities to clarify.
The female student being beaten in the clip is a student at the school. The people who assaulted the female student have not yet been identified. The incident took place yesterday afternoon (March 23) at the cultural house of Nhan Hoa village (Thanh Oai, Thanh Tri).
After receiving the information, Ms. Phuong called parents to ask about the student's health situation. The school also sent teachers to visit, encourage students, and support families in working with authorities.
"Because the student's health situation is not stable, he may be in shock after being abused, so we cannot ask clearly about the cause of the incident. We will actively coordinate to clarify the case." Principal of Ta Thanh Oai Secondary School said.
