Nữ thủ lĩnh tận tâm, trách nhiệm

Trong sắc xanh áo lính của Trung đoàn 4 (Sư đoàn 5, Quân khu 7), Thiếu tá quân nhân chuyên nghiệp (QNCN) Phan Thị Kim Oanh – Chủ tịch Hội Phụ nữ Trung đoàn không chỉ được biết đến là một dược sĩ tận tâm mà còn là người “truyền lửa” cho các phong trào thi đua, hoạt động phụ nữ tại đơn vị. Bằng tinh thần trách nhiệm và sự gắn bó sâu sắc với tập thể, chị đã và đang góp phần lan tỏa hình ảnh đẹp của người phụ nữ Quân đội trong thời kỳ mới.

As a military pharmacist, Major Kim Oanh always upholds the spirit of learning, constantly improving her professional skills to effectively carry out healthcare for officers and soldiers in her unit. “I clearly understand that every task is important, but for those working in healthcare , it requires even more caution, thoughtfulness, and dedication. Providing good healthcare for the soldiers also contributes to maintaining the unit's combat strength,” said Major Kim Oanh.

Besides her professional duties, she is also a dynamic and creative leader of the Women's Association. Since assuming the role of President of the Regiment's Women's Association, Major Kim Oanh has actively innovated the content and form of association activities, effectively implementing emulation movements, especially the movement "Women in the Army: Intelligent, courageous, fulfilling their duties well, building happy families, worthy of being called Ho Chi Minh's soldiers in the new era" and the "5 No's - 3 Cleanliness" campaign.

Under her leadership, 100% of the female members in the unit are confident in their work, actively participating in movement activities and building a strong women's association. Furthermore, she proactively connects with local departments, agencies, and organizations to organize many engaging activities, such as the "Accompanying New Recruits" program; supporting the training season; repairing military uniforms; and the "Godmother" program supporting the care of three orphaned children in the province.

Major Kim Oanh shared: “Every activity, no matter how small, can touch people's hearts if organized with sincerity. I always hope to spread the spirit of compassion, responsibility, and pride of female military personnel to my comrades and the community.”

Thanks to her persistent efforts, she has been recognized and commended by her superiors many times. During the period 2020-2025, Major Kim Oanh continuously received the title of "Outstanding Female Officer" awarded by the Command of Military Region 7. In 2023, she was recognized as a "Grassroots Emulation Soldier" and received a Certificate of Commendation from the Division for outstanding performance in the "Determined to Win" emulation movement during the 2019-2024 period.
