According to Neowin , the RTX 4060 has an AD107 GPU with 3070 CUDA cores with a base clock speed of 1.83 GHz and a boost clock speed of 2.46 GHz. Nvidia claims the RTX 4060 is 1.2x faster than the RTX 3060 and 1.6x faster than the RTX 2060.
The RTX 4060 Ti comes in 8GB and 16GB memory versions.
The RTX 4060 comes with 8 GB of 128-bit GDDR6 memory clocked at 17 Gbps along with 24 MB of L2 cache. It has the same 3rd generation RT cores and 4th generation Tensor cores as other Ada Lovelace graphics cards, which enables support for features like DLSS 3 Frame Generation. Users also get 8th generation Nvidia Encoder (NVENC) for encoding and decoding AV1 content.
The RTX 4060 has a total power rating of 115W and can have a 12VHPWR connector, an 8-pin or a 6-pin connector depending on the manufacturer. The RTX 4060 starts at $299 and will be available in July.
Meanwhile, the RTX 4060 Ti has a larger AD106 GPU with 4342 CUDA cores for a base clock speed of 2.31 GHz and a boost clock speed of 2.54 GHz. Nvidia claims the RTX 4060 Ti is 1.15 times faster than the RTX 3060 Ti and 1.6 times faster than the RTX 2060 Super.
The RTX 4060 Ti will come in two memory configurations: 8 GB GDDR6 or 16 GB GDDR6. In both cases, it will have the same 128-bit memory interface and offer 18 Gbps read speeds with a 32 MB L2 cache. The RTX 4060 Ti has a total power draw of 160W for the 8 GB model and 165W for the 16 GB model. Other than that, the specifications are similar to the RTX 4060.
The Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti 8GB and 16GB are priced at $399 and $499, respectively. The 8GB version will be available from May 24, while the 16GB version will be available from July.
