After completing his military service in 2012, Mr. Ning returned to his hometown to start a family. Despite his busy life, he still took time to participate in youth work and community activities. In 2022, he was elected as Party Secretary and Head of O Yo Village.

“At the beginning of my assignment, I encountered many difficulties. However, thanks to the attention and support of the Party Committee and previous generations, I had more motivation to complete the assigned tasks well,” Mr. Ning shared.

With the motto of “do first, guide later”, Mr. Ning proactively participated in training courses on coffee tree care techniques to accumulate knowledge to develop production. In 2019, he cleared 7 hectares of old coffee trees to replant the garden with TR4 coffee variety. Thanks to proper care, the coffee garden yielded high productivity. After deducting expenses, his family earned more than 140 million VND/year.

“To improve production efficiency, in 2022, I will intercrop 50 durian trees in my coffee garden. Thanks to the correct application of technical processes, the durian trees grow and develop well and are expected to be harvested next year. In addition, I also raise pigs and ducks with an additional income of about 30 million VND/year,” said Mr. Ning.

Not only taking care of the family's economic development, Mr. Ning also actively promotes, mobilizes and supports people to register for rural vocational training courses such as: construction, mechanics, safe vegetable growing and pig farming. "If we want people to change their thinking and working methods, we have to go to the place, explain each task clearly, we cannot just propagate" - Mr. Ning said.

Mr. Un (in the same village) shared: “Thanks to Mr. Ning’s technical guidance, my coffee garden’s productivity increased from 2 tons to 4 tons of beans/ha. In addition, I also opened a mechanical facility to increase my family’s income.”

Not only does he help people develop their economy, Mr. Ning also supports the local government in resolving people's opinions and suggestions. Along with that, he also actively encourages people to participate in environmental protection activities, donate to support people affected by natural disasters, and eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses...

With his dynamism and enthusiasm, over the years, Mr. Ning has always completed his tasks excellently and received many certificates of merit from all levels. Mr. Tran Minh Duc - Vice Chairman of Ia Bang Commune People's Committee - assessed: In the process of performing his duties, Mr. Ning always upholds the sense of responsibility and plays a good role in propagating and mobilizing people to change their thinking and working methods, proactively applying science and technology to production to develop the family economy.
