After what happened to Cong and Phuong (Kieu Anh), Danh (Thanh Son) realizes how much he needs Tram Anh (Kha Ngan).
While the couple were taking a walk together, Danh confided in Tram Anh: "Before the surgery, Cong told me not to let the day come when, no matter how much I regret it, I can't undo it, no matter how much I long for it, I can't touch the person I love. At that moment, I thought about it. If one day I don't have much time left to live, what would I regret the most? And at that moment, I only thought of you. I'm afraid that one day, because of my stubbornness, I will lose you forever."

As soon as he saw the caller's name, Mr. Toai hung up. Seeing this, Mrs. Cuc (NSN Lan Huong) asked, "Who was calling? Why didn't you answer?"
