A fine of 90 million VND and confiscation of goods were imposed for trading in smuggled goods.

The Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee, Le Duc Tien, has just signed a decision to fine Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan (born in 1986), a driver residing in Quarter 11, Ward 5, Dong Ha City, 90 million VND for trading in smuggled food products.

A fine of 90 million VND and confiscation of goods were imposed for trading in smuggled goods.

The confiscated items included: 20 bottles of LEFFE BLONDE beer, 330 ml; 240 bottles of SMIRNOFF NO21 VODKA, 700 ml; 240 bottles of ABSOULUT VODKA, 750 ml; 180 bottles of JOSE CUERVO ESPECIAL, 750 ml; 120 bottles of GORDON'S LONDON DRY GIN, 700 ml; and 120 bottles of TANQUERAY LONDON DTY GIN, 750 ml.

All of these smuggled goods were manufactured abroad, with the value of the seized items exceeding 154.6 million VND.

In addition to fines, all infringing items will be confiscated.
